Assistant Professor -- Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering -- U.S. Naval Academy

The Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering Department at the U.S. Naval Academy invites applications for one or more tenure-track positions at the rank of Assistant Professor with an anticipated start as early as summer 2026. The department seeks individuals with expertise in areas of mechanical engineering or nuclear engineering. Candidates should have a solid commitment to undergraduate teaching, to producing high-quality peer-reviewed research, and to mentoring students drawn from every congressional district and U.S. territory.
